Customer agreement

For fence companies that pay for TraceQuote. Last updated November 2, 2026.

This agreement is between Perché AI Solutions LLC (“TraceQuote,” “we”) and the fence company that signs up for a paid TraceQuote plan (“you”). You accept it when you check the box at checkout, sign it, or start using a paid plan.

1. What you get

• A quote page with your prices, name and phone, hosted by us, plus the code to put it on your website and a link you can share.
• Setup: we load and test your prices and help put the page on your website and your Google Business Profile.
• Each quote request sent to you by email, and by text if you sign up for text alerts.
• Price changes when you send them, and a monthly summary of your requests.
• Google Ads management only on the Quote Page + Ads plan. Your ad budget is billed to you by Google, not by us.

2. Plans and payment

• Month to month: $149 a month, plus a one-time $499 setup fee charged when you sign up.
• 12 months: $149 a month for 12 months, with no setup fee. See section 4 for cancelling early.
• Yearly: $1,490 paid up front for 12 months, with no setup fee.
• Founding offer (our first three fence companies, offered in writing by us): no setup fee and no 12-month commitment. Billing starts on the day your page receives its first quote request, then it’s $149 a month for as long as your plan continues without a break.
• Quote Page + Ads: the price in your written quote from us.

You pay by card through our payment provider, Stripe. You authorize us to charge your card for each billing period, any fee that becomes due under this agreement, and applicable taxes. Plans renew automatically until you cancel. Prices don’t include sales tax, which we add where the law requires it. If a charge fails and isn’t fixed within 14 days after we tell you, we may pause your page until it’s paid.

3. The 60-day guarantee

If no homeowner sends a quote request through your page within 60 days after it goes live, we refund everything you’ve paid us, and you can cancel with nothing more owed, including the fee in section 4. This applies when, for those 60 days, the TraceQuote button or link stays on your website’s homepage and your Google Business Profile links to your quote page. Requests sent by you or your staff don’t count. Ask for the refund by email within 14 days after the 60 days end. The guarantee doesn’t cover ad budgets paid to Google.

4. Cancelling

• Cancel any time by emailing hello@gettracequote.com.
• Month to month: billing stops at the end of the current month. We don’t refund partial months.
• 12 months: if you cancel before the 12 months end, the $499 setup fee becomes due, and we charge it to your card. After 12 months, your plan continues month to month, and you can cancel any time with no fee.
• Yearly: cancelling stops the next renewal. We don’t refund the unused part of a year, except under the guarantee.
• Founding offer: cancel any time, with no fee.
• When your service ends, we take your quote page down. You can ask for a copy of your quote requests within 30 days after that.

5. Your part

• Your page shows estimates from the prices you give us. You set the final price for each job.
• You’re responsible for your dealings with homeowners, including your licenses, permits, contracts, warranties and the work itself.
• If you call or text homeowners, you’re responsible for following the laws on calls and texts, including honoring requests to stop. Each request records whether the homeowner agreed to texts and the exact wording they saw.
• You have the right to use the logo, names and content you give us, and you let us use them to run your page.
• Keep your contact details and payment card up to date.

6. Quote requests and data

Quote requests from your page are yours. We store them for you, deliver them to you, and use them only to run and improve TraceQuote, as our privacy policy describes. We don’t sell them or pass them to other fence companies. On the founding offer, you agree that we can share your results in our marketing, such as your company name and how many requests your page received. We never share homeowners’ personal details.

7. Our part

• We host your page with reasonable care and fix problems promptly. It may sometimes be unavailable, including when services we rely on for hosting, maps, texts or email have problems.
• Satellite measurements and estimates can differ from the real job.
• Apart from the guarantee in section 3, we don’t promise any number of requests, jobs or revenue.

8. Changes

We may change prices for future billing periods, or update this agreement, with at least 30 days’ notice by email. Your price doesn’t change during a 12-month plan or a prepaid year, and the founding price doesn’t change while your plan continues. If you don’t agree with a change, you can cancel before it takes effect with no fee.

9. Ending or pausing the service

We may pause or end the service if you don’t pay, misuse it, or break this agreement, after telling you and, where possible, giving you time to fix it. If we end the service for any other reason, we refund what you prepaid for the time left.

10. Limits

Except as this agreement says, TraceQuote is provided as it is, without other warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability under this agreement is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and neither of us is liable to the other for lost profits or indirect damages.

11. General

• Florida law governs this agreement. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
• This agreement, the plan you choose at checkout and any written quote from us are the whole agreement between us.
• If part of this agreement can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
• We send notices to the email you gave us when you signed up. Send yours to hello@gettracequote.com.
