Perché AI Solutions LLC (“we”) runs gettracequote.com and TraceQuote, an instant fence quote service for fence companies. This policy covers this website, including the TraceQuote demo.
What we collect
- How you use the site. Pages you view, steps you reach in the demo, your browser and device type, the site that sent you here, and approximate location from your IP address. We collect this with PostHog, which uses cookies and local storage to recognize returning visitors.
- Demo links. If we send you a demo made for your company, the company name in the link is used to show your preview. When you use it, we get an email saying it was opened, whether you tried the quote tool, and whether you clicked to book a call, with the company details from the link and whether you were on a phone or a computer.
- Address searches in the demo. Addresses you type are sent to Mapbox to find them and show satellite imagery. In the demo, the quote request form does not send or store anything you type.
- Booking a call. When you book through Calendly, Calendly collects what you enter, under its own privacy policy, and shares it with us.
- Setting up a quote page. What a fence company enters on our setup form: company details, prices, the emails that should get requests, and a logo.
- Text alerts. If a fence company signs up for text alerts on the setup form, the mobile number entered and a record of the wording they agreed to and when. We use it only to send those alerts. See our texting terms.
- Messages. Anything you send us by email or text.
Fence companies’ quote pages
We also host quote pages for fence companies that use TraceQuote, at addresses starting with gettracequote.com/q/. When a homeowner requests a quote on one of those pages, the request goes to that fence company, and we store it on the company’s behalf. Each of those pages has its own privacy policy and texting terms.
How we use it
- To run, secure and improve the site and the demo.
- To follow up with fence companies about demos and calls they booked.
- To respond to messages you send us.
- To build fence companies’ quote pages and send them their requests, including text alerts they signed up for.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the site: Netlify (hosting and form storage), Mapbox (maps and address search), PostHog (site usage), Calendly (call booking), and, for clients, Stripe (payments) and Twilio (text messages). We don’t sell personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or for our business records, then delete it.
Your choices
- You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
- Reply STOP to any text from us to stop texts.
- To see, correct or delete your information, email us.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn’t meant for children under 13.
Changes
We’ll post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
